Delete your account

For Hoverboard racer: the app on the App Store and Google Play, and the game in a web browser

You can delete your Hoverboard racer account, and everything in it, at any time. It takes a few seconds, in the app or in a web browser.

In the game

1. Open the game: the Hoverboard app on your phone, or game.hoverboard-racer.app in a browser. Log in.
2. In the lobby, select your player name at the top right. Your account opens. (You can also open SETTINGS, then ACCOUNT.)
3. Select DELETE ACCOUNT.
4. Read the list of what you lose, type DELETE, and select DELETE FOREVER.

This cannot be undone. The account is deleted at once, and the game starts again on that device as a guest.

What is deleted

• Your account: your email address, your password and your player name.
• Your races, best times and ranks on the race boards.
• Your level, XP and Sparks, and every board, rider item and title you own.
• Your friends and friend requests, and your party invites.
• Your settings, your device security keys, and the usage log of your sessions.
• On the device you delete from: your settings, your best times and the races that wait to be uploaded.

We keep nothing that names you. Only the daily totals of the usage log stay (for example, how many races were run on a day), and they never held your name or your account's id.

If you cannot log in

If you forgot your password, or no longer have a device with the game, email info@hoverboard-racer.app from the email address of your account, with "Delete my account" as the subject. We may ask you to confirm by replying from that address. We delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

If you never made an account

Then we keep nothing about you. What the game keeps on your device goes when you delete the app, or when you clear the site's data in your browser.
